Personal Statement
Hello my name is Braden Pelly. I attend Judge Memorial Catholic High School and am very determined to be the best football player I can be. Every single thing I do is devoted to being a better football player, which means in the classroom, on the field, in the offseason, and most importantly my relationship with God. Going to a catholic school, I am very involved in my religious life and love the time I have with God. My biggest dream is to play college football. I would prefer to play Division 1 football, but so does every other athlete in the nation. I am willing to explore every level of college football because the most important thing to me is being on the field. Academics are another huge part of my life. I attend a private, prep school that pushes academics to be the number one goal, as it should be. One day, I hope to become a pediatrician and share my talents of making others feel better with the world. Being a leader is something I love being. Making sure that not only me, but the people around me can always strive to be better is one of the many reasons I love being on the field. Watching my teammates and I succeed is all you should want as an athlete. Leadership is my most effective skill that I possess on the field. Since little league football, I have always been a leader and have tried to inspire my teammates. My inspiration for the game of football comes from my dad. Ever since I can remember, he has always pushed me to be the best I can be. I found that inspiration on the football field. He never let me settle for good enough. He has always told me to be the best player on the field and most importantly have fun. It would be my honor to be a part of any program because with my talents and skills, I can make any team an all-around better family.
