Personal Statement
My collegiate goals are to successfully complete no less than a graduate degree in the sports management field and possibly biology. I really enjoy wildlife and the study of animal behavior.
I am the ideal candidate because of my upbringing and strong family structure. I have a magnetic personality; I've been told I'm very funny, and I have a very good personal presentation. My character is respectable, responsible and I make good decisions on and off the court. I take initiative and pride in my academics and developing my skills and I am a student of the game.
I am a team player and I pride myself with getting everyone involved in the game. I have learned when to attack the basket, when to pull-up, pass and when to establish order / balance the floor. I can also recognize mismatches and when and how to exploit those advantages with speed, craftyness and saaviness. Most importantly, I understand that as a student athlete, we are held to a higher standard and that we are role models and must govern ourselves for to display a positive public perception. I believe in giving back to the community. I have particiapted in walks and runs for good causes such as; breast cancer, lupus, I have assisted with feeding senior citizens and back to school giveaways. I continue to do community service on a regular basis, all while maintaining my academics and sports obligations.
Thank you in advance for your consideration and I look forward to being recruited.
