I would love to play lacrosse in college. I believe I can do this with my work ethic and ability to be coached. I'm a leader on and off the field. I am friendly and like people, so I connect well with people my own age and adults. When I am not on the lacrosse field, I am focusing on my studies, volunteer work and future. I volunteer at school, usher at church and have donated hours for the Dekalb County Humane Society. I hope to purse a degree that is possibly oriented to the medical field, but it has to be something that supports my entrepreneurial spirit. My mom and dad have been great role models for me. My mom has been self-employed since she was in her 20's and owns a mid-size to large mental health practice in Atlanta with two offices. My father has always been in commercial real-estate and brokers baseball cards. I have been a W-2 employee for my mom's practice since I was 16, cleaning the Atlanta office. I like the independence of making and managing my own money. I have taken a large portion of every weekly pay check and invested it. It's been a great learning experience. We have a close ethnic family and I enjoy time with my immediate and extended family. They are very important to me. My friends are mostly athletes who work hard in school and have big dreams for the future. We work to support each other. I have a love for outdoors and spend as much time fishing, hunting birds and shooting skeet as possible.
