Swimming has a been a huge part of my life since I was 4 years old. I've had so many set backs in my career of swimming but I never let them stop me. Every single I come back I'm better then before and I think that's what makes me stand out. I will persevere through anything no matter how big it is and even if I don't get to it right away I will for sure make it happen. It's been a dream to just simply swim for a college team because not only is it a big deal to me but it's a big deal for the people I represent, being an African American swimmer has it's challenges but that's just another thing I push through. My end goal in my college career is to swim and place at the NCAA Championships.
