Personal Statement
Playing volleyball with team USA was by far my most cherished accomplishment so far in my volleyball career. I am so proud that I reached that goal of mine, but I know there is still more that I can achieve. That I why I strive to be the best that I possibly can in the classroom and on the court. However, I grew most as a student-athlete my seventh grade club season when I did not start or play because from that point on I focused on improving myself in all aspects of the sport, making me capable of playing at a high level of volleyball.
I am blessed to be a part of an amazing club, Sports Performance Volleyball Club. The 78 National Championship titles are not the only reason I'm proud to be a part of this family. I am proud because I know that every athlete in the gym, including myself, is committed to excellence. Being committed to excellence is not just bettering yourself, it is making others better as well. I am looking for a school where I would be a great fit academically as well as athletically. I believe I have to talent to compete at the collegiate level, but also the morale, work-ethic, and the ability to be a team player that it takes to compete at such a high level of volleyball and to make an impact in your program!
