Our People

NCSA's staff of former college athletes, coaches and scouts will help you compete for scholarships. We know who you are: an athlete on the verge of making the next step, confident in your ability to raise your game to the next level, just hoping to be noticed, to be given the opportunity to play your game. We've been there.

Most of our nearly 500-strong staff competed at the college level. Now, working with NCSA allows us to help others earn the same opportunity. For people who know the value of college athletics—who continue to benefit from its lessons and values well beyond the span of a college athletic career—it's just about the most rewarding job you can find. We at NCSA share that viewpoint—and a common passion for what we do. In fact, many of us think of it less as a job and more as a lifestyle. But we don’t just bring a real love for college sports; our people bring decades upon decades of experience in college athletics and beyond.

Over the last 30 years of coaching student athletes, I have learned that the families that are proactive in the recruiting process are the most successful, and way too many good student athletes get over looked by college coaches.

Anne Garrity

NCSA appealed to me because I was once a high school athlete who wanted to play in college. Working at NCSA, I not only get to work in a field I love, I get to work for a company that helps high school students capitalize on the opportunity to meet coaches, learn about what colleges have to offer, and continue their athletic careers.

Aaron Graunke

I started working at NCSA because my brother-in-law, who was a college coach at the time, had used the program's videos to recruit for his team. He suggested that I look into working for NCSA's video department because of how much the video meant to the recruiting process. I took his advice and found an internship with NCSA a month later.

Dan Gregg

Senior National Scout
Augustana College
I am a living testament to the effectiveness of NCSA. I took advantage of the many options NCSA offered as a high school senior, and it was a huge success. I landed with a great football program and a perfect fit for my situation. I was very satisfied with my football experience in college.

Adam Greuling

Growing up playing every sport I could find gave me a deep appreciation for the dedication, intelligence and hard work that athletics require. A three sport athlete in high school, my collegiate aspirations were cut short by a series of injuries. I came to work at NCSA to be a part of helping young women and men achieve what I missed out on.
