Erin Grimsley '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Erin Grimsley. I have had a love for softball ever since I was 4 years old. The first time I picked up a ball and a glove to play catch with my dad, I knew it was the sport I never wanted to stop playing. One of my biggest goals is to play college softball. I started my first travel team at 7 years old and ever since then, I have been a strong team leader and I always motivate myself to work harder everyday. I have been a very positive asset to all my travel teams when it comes to sportsmanship, learning from failure, and putting in the effort to be the best player I can on and off the field. I love being challenged whether that’s softball or academically. I am a student at Montini Catholic High School and I have a 4.7/5.0 gpa, succeeding in all honors classes as well as AP. My education is my top priority and I always strive to learn more every day. Softball has truly grown me into who I am today when it comes to facing challenges, growing from mistakes, and even becoming a very positive player and person. I am extremely dedicated to keep playing softball and growing into a better player!
