Todd Smith graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Sports Management, and then followed that up with a Masters degree in the same field from Temple University. While at Ithaca, Todd played Tennis for the Bombers. The two year tennis captain left Ithaca with the most career doubles wins in school history, and was third on the all-time victory list.
Todd comes to NCSA after running competitive sports camps for all aged kids. He has a wealth of knowledge in just about every sport. Athletics are his true passion. After living the athletic dream in college himself, Smith says 'helping student-athletes is truly remarkable . I couldn't think of a better way to spend my days.'

In 2002, James was drafted in the 8th round by the Anaheim Angels where he spent 6 years as a starting pitcher. James was in Major League Spring Training in 2006 and then retired in 2008 due to an injury. Billy Porter graduated from the University of Dubuque with a Bachelor of Arts in 2005 and a Masters of Arts and Communication in 2008. Porter played college tennis and soccer for the Spartans. From 2005-2008 Porter was the Head Men's Tennis Coach and Head Women's Tennis Coach from 2006-2008 at the University of Dubuque. Cory Wallman comes to NCSA as a former Big Ten college coach and athlete. In high school, Wallman was a four-time high school state champion and National High School Champion in the sport of wrestling and was also a three sport athlete. In 2000, Wallman graduated with a business degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he was a Division I All-American in the sport of wrestling. After his athletic career, Wallman went straight into the college coaching field where he has been a wrestling coach at his alma mater, University of Wisconsin-Madison, for the past nine years. As a college coach, one of his main responsibilities was recruiting student-athletes. Wallman was the chief facilitator of Wisconsin's 2004 recruiting class that ranked #1 nationally.
As a former Big Ten college coach, Wallman understands the recruiting process and looks forward to using his past experiences to help families make educated decisions.

Michael Zalcman attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In high school, Michael was a three sport athlete, playing soccer, basketball, and tennis. Jay J. Sferra comes to the NCSA as a former Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at Arizona State University for twelve years. He was recruited nationally as a basketball and baseball player out of Christian Brothers Academy in Syracuse, New York, where he is a member of the CBA Lasallian Athletic Hall of Fame. Coach Frye has over twenty years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, most notably heading the Strength and Conditioning programs for UCLA (21 Sports) and University of Hawaii Football, as well as holding the title of Sports Performance Director at Velocity Sports Performance. In addition, Phil has worked with Cal Berkeley and has experience with smaller schools in the Division 2 & 3 ranks.
Athletically, Coach Frye was an All-State Running Back at John Marshall High School in Rochester, Minnesota. Phil was not heavily recruited yet found a spot with California Lutheran College, a small NAIA school in Los Angeles and ultimately found a way to participate in the NFL, signing as a free agent with the Houston Oilers and spending a brief period of time with the Minnesota Vikings and Montreal Allouettes of the Canadian Football League.

While at NAU Curt was a 4 year letter winner and WR captain both junior and senior year. Eric Raskin graduated in 1993 from Upper Merion High School, where he played varsity tennis for four years. Paul comes to the NCSA with a wealth of knowledge on the recruiting process, both as a player and as a coach. He began playing collegiate basketball at the University of South Dakota where he was a member 1993 NCAA DII Eight team. He finished his playing career at Loras College where earned his BS in Math Education and MA in Physical Education. Paul has spent the last 13 years at North Park University, where he was most recently the Head Men’s Basketball Coach and Head Men’s Golf Coach. During this time, he consistently produced some of the best recruiting classes in the school’s recent history while competing in one of the most competitive NCAA DIII conferences in the nation. Dan Rakow graduated from Batavia High School in 2002 where he played football and baseball. While in high school Dan also trained with personal trainer Dave Buchanan out of Chicago who trained NFL athletes such as Dan Marino, Steve Young and Jim McMahon. Dan attended college at Southern Illinois University where he continued to study exercise science and then transferred to Northern Illinois where he graduated with a degree in corporate communications. At NCSA Dan uses his passion he still has for athletics to educate student athletes on how to go about the recruiting process to play a college sport.

Boe Baitinger graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. Boe was the Starting Centerfielder for at Carthage College and is hold Carthage's Single-Season and All-Time Stolen Bases Record. Boe signed a Professional Baseball Contract with the Rockford Riverhawks of the Frontier League where is spent 2 Seasons as a Centerfielder and Second Baseman for the Riverhawks. Joe Sweeney graduated with a Degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, his dream school while growing up in Sarasota, FL. After playing throughout high school, he continued his passion for sports by working for Notre Dame's Athletic Department. Joe comes to NCSA with a wealth of experience on recruiting at a D1 program after spending time in both the Football and Baseball Offices at Notre Dame. He hopes to use that experience to educate families on the steps they need to take so their student-athletes not only can compete at the next level, but get an education and degree they will keep for the rest of their lives.

Jonah grew up in St. Louis where he attended Clayton High School. During his time at Clayton, Jonah played football and baseball all four years. In 2004, he was part of the football team that won the Class 4A Football State Championship. He attended Indiana University where he received a bachelor's degree in Management. Jonah's passion for sports and the recruiting process is what brought him to NCSA. Matt Garrison received his undergraduate degree in History and Secondary Education from Hillsdale College in 2001, where he played linebacker and was a student assistant coach. After graduating he immediately began his teaching and football coaching career in Chicago. Garrison continued his education by earning a masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Trinity College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland in 2005. He also earned a three year studentship award from Trinity College Dublin to lecture and complete a PhD which he earned in 2009. After returning to the US, Matt worked as a professor at Concordia University Chicago, as a middle school PE teacher, and coached soccer in Chicago. As well as playing football, Matt was also a competitive swimmer, baseball player, and a rugby player. In his spare time he enjoys running and travelling around the world including Europe, Africa, and South East Asia.

Mike Jasinski grew up in Springfield, Illinois where he played football, basketball, and baseball while attending Springfield High School and received All-State and Academic All-State honors in football his senior year. He then attended Butler University where he was a member of the Butler football team, playing both tight end and wide receiver. Mike graduated from Butler University in 2006 with a B.A. in political science. Since graduating college, Mike has served as a high school football coach in Springfield, Illinois as well as serving as a substitute teacher.
