I have been told by many of my coaches that I am extremely coachable and that I can learn plays on the fly. Having the chance to play on varsity since freshman year has been an adaptable experience for me. I have learned so much from then, to where I am now. I know that I have developed immensely as a player, and will continue to do so. Any mistake I make, I make sure to fix it the first time rather than being told repeatedly how to fix it. This aspect of me is very important because it shows my drive and dedication for this sport. I am a good asset to a college team because I work hard on my skills everyday. I have learned how to balance academics with sports which is extremely important. Even on the days I might not feel like playing or not going to practice, I still walk onto the court with energy, work ethic, and make everyone around me excited for practice. Something that makes me different as a player is my energy on and off the court. My voice is the one being projected in the whole gym. I always am helping out my teammates, giving pointers, and always being excited for their accomplishments on the floor; which is expressed with my loud voice. I also know my commitment to basketball makes me different from other girls because it doesn't only benefit my personal play, but my coaches as well. With my urge to push forward and fidelity, I am a strong asset to any collegiate team.
