My name is Sydney Williams, I am a 5’10 shooting guard. I have played varsity basketball since my freshman year and have played basketball since kindergarten. Iam honered that you are looking at me as a student athlete, I have always wanted to play basketball in college and maybe even beyond. Basketball has always been my favorite although i’ve played others like softball and soccer when i was little and I am still playing softball on the varsity team! Basketball has brought me so many friendships and memories. Basketball teaches me to persevere, work hard and especially make others better, be a good teammate, have good sportsmanship and improve time management skills allowing my academics to come first. I am very coachable and love to learn new things that are helpful for me to apply to my game. I am willing to do whatever it takes for my dreams of going D1 to come true.
