Collene Cahoy '11 Recruiting Profile

I have been throwing since I was a fifth grader. I have all the records at Colome High School. I love to throw, and it's been one of my passion for a long time. Since we are a small school I really don't have a coach that really knows what to say about shot or discus. I have coached myself for as long as I can remember. I have been to many camps, watched many videos, and read a lot about throwing all these years. I have been to state 3 years in a row placing 2nd in the discus my sophomore year and placing 4th my junior year. I have made it in shot my junior year. I came in ranked 3rd in the state in class B but state didn't go so well. I can't wait for track to get here to start competing again. I have high goals for myself this coming season. I would love to throw in college. To have someone there coaching me and competing at a high level. My plans are to go to college and throw both shot and discus.
