My goals for college baseball are as follows: of course I would prefer to play everyday, but more than that I want to win and if that means sitting on the the bench, finding out if the pitcher's tipping pitches, figuring out running keys, being a pinch runner/pinch hitter or whatever the team needs me to be, then that's what I will do. As far as my work ethic I like to view each day as a challenge to get better and try to have a plan and attack that day rather than dread over having practice and just go through the motions. Academically I am pretty sharp and do well in class; I have always been a student-athlete (student comes first) because I highly value education. I think I will be a good candidate for your school because I have maintained a reasonably good GPA while also playing at one of the most demanding and brilliant baseball programs in high school baseball.
