Cameron Wochaski '17 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Cameron Wochaski. I am currently enrolled at Mission Vista High School in Oceanside California as a Junior. I am looking forward to my college career and also an opportunity to continue my baseball career. I am an exceptional student looking to continue my education in Science and Engineering, in hopes to better the lives of others. I challenge myself with a wide variety of Honors and AP courses and have taken the SAT exam. I have played baseball since I was four years old starting out at a neighborhood YMCA. I  enjoyed working my way through Little League, Pony League and Travel Teams, perfecting my game along the way. Throughout my career I moved on to a more demanding form of baseball through the numerous travel teams, which include: Impact with Denny McAdams, Encinitas Reds with Frank Lepna, North County Padres with Jet Cook and No Fear, Butch Smith and his sons.  I am currently playing with San Diego Reign with Jimmy Maxwell.  Throughout these teams many rings have been worn and a countless number of travel hours logged ranging from multiple World Series trips and Perfect Game tournaments in Utah, Arizona and Georgia. I am Currently on my high school Varsity baseball team , similar to the last three years, as the Starting First Basemen and Catcher. One aspect that would differentiate me from many others is the ability and willingness to improve whether on or off the field.
