Hello, I am Dylan Gustafson. I just finished my senior year (2025) as starting third baseman for Taft Charter High School and was awarded Defensive MVP. I also play second base and shortstop for Taft and my travel teams. My passion, talent, and commitment make me an excellent candidate for any team.
Born and raised in California, I played one year in little league before aging out and moving to Pony and made the All-Stars due to my athletic talent and joined Calabasas High School Baseball (D1) my freshman year. Unfortunately, the coach who recruited me left at the end of the season, and the new coach did not bring me back to the team the next season, which was disappointing given how well I'd progressed as a baseball player in a short period of time. I joined two travel and showcase teams and was recruited to Taft Charter High School for my Junior and Senior years as a Toreador.
Baseball has taught me that hard work and perseverance pays off. My love and strategic knowledge of the game, positive attitude, and dedication to continuing to improve in the sport is my sole focus. I am seeking a college program where I can make an impact on the field and in the classroom.
