Hello, my name is Griffin Blum, I'm currently a 16 year old junior at Shepaug Valley High School in Connecticut. In December of 2022 I threw 71mph, through hard work and proper training I finished my spring season at 80mph. As of October 8th, I'm at 85mph. Again, through hard work and proper training I will be at 90mph for the spring. Update: 5/1/24 recently hit 88mph

- I began training at Bottom 9 Sports Academy to help with my personal fitness and pitching velo. In this past offseason I worked with them for 3 days a week leading up to my High School season. I also continued my winter training with my Travel team the CT Kings. I continue to work on a daily personal training plan as well as a healthy nutrition plan.
