Personal Statement

I am determined to go to college for baseball. It has been my dream to play baseball at the collegiate level and ultimately become a professional baseball player so when the opportunity arises I would pounce on it in a heartbeat. My dad is my Summer Ball coach and with that comes a lot of responsibility and accountability. I love being the coach’s son it gives me an extra push to perform at the best level I possibly can. One area of the game that I think I am superior to any other kid you will look at is my competitiveness when it comes to any sport, and any game. My goal is to win no questions asked. Along with playing travel baseball for eight years, I have played Varsity Tennis since my freshman year in high school with various prestigious accomplishments, six years of Travel Hockey experience, four years of organized basketball, and four years of playing organized soccer. I am a cool, calm, and collected person. I play with a lot of energy and passion which allows me to be able to perform at the next level where my team is always being able to rely on me whether it is being able to get out of bases loaded situations or coming through with a big hit late in games. Since I am a coach’s son, I have experience at playing every position on defense wherever the team needs me. My primary positions are pitcher and 3rd base. I feel that my skillset has also prepared me to successfully play 2nd base. Along with pitching, 3rd, and 2nd base I can catch, play shortstop and have played corner outfield positions whenever necessary.

I am looking forward to majoring in Journalism or in the communications field. I am the Editor of the online portion of our school newspaper, and even joined a Metro Detroit Sports News website called DetroitSportsandEntertainment.com. I especially love writing and talking about all sports. If you would like to check out my previous writing pieces or future stories from my school newspaper or DSE copy and paste the links http://hf2generator.org/staff/?writer=Noah and www.detroitsportsandentertainment.com/author/bienats77/ . I scored a 1070 on my SAT as a Junior. I am very interested in working for the college newspaper and/or radio station along with being a student athlete.

I look forward to hearing back from you, and I am excited for any feedback on improving my skillset in the game of baseball.

Thank You for your time, Noah Bieniek
