Personal Statement
Ever since I was little I’ve wanted to play baseball at a higher level. Ive always loved the sport no matter the situation. When I was going through middle school and junior high, however, I became overshadowed by other kids in my grade because Im a year younger than everyone else in my class. This required a lot of hard work just to become noticed by coaches and earn a starting spot.
I believe that I would be a great candidate for a spot on a college roster because of my ability to overcome adversity. I went from bench riding and being a foot shorter than everyone else to being the ace of my varsity team in less than 2 years. I believe i would be a great fit for a college team
