Personal Statement

My name is Aaron Reeves.  I am a Class of 2024 student-athlete attending Bishop Lynch High School (TAPPS 6A).   My dad has instilled the love of baseball in me since I was 3 years old as well as my work ethic.  I don't mind putting in the reps, studying hard for exams, or doing strength and conditioning to get stronger and faster.  I am a 4.0+ student that likes math and science.  My success in school hopefully shows my commitment to do well at all things I set my mind to.  I also play football and was a varsity starter as a Sophomore and Junior, at safety & WR.  I have always been one of the fastest kids on any sports team I have been part of.  I am interested in playing college baseball at a school where I can also receive a good education and enjoy all that college has to offer.  I also like hanging with friends, fishing, hiking, video games, traveling, and hanging out with my dogs.  I have an older brother at Duke University.  He has been a great role model for me.   I have been told by coaches that I am very coachable, a quiet leader and a team player.
