Jordan White '24 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing baseball since I was 5 years old. Since I first stepped on the diamond I have aspired to play at a collegiate level.  Playing at the college level is a once in a lifetime dream of mine.  I have a passion for baseball and I have strong ball handling skills, strong physical defense, mental toughness, and a high baseball IQ.  I am a team leader and always strive to lead by example and encourage my teamates.  I am very coachable and always strive to assist my coaches and teamates.  I will be one of the hardest working players and recruits that you will find. Above all school is very important to me and going to college is something I dream of and to play baseball in college would be the ultimate dream come true as well.  I work hard in school and study to maintain a high GPA.  I have a passion for baseball and also have a passion for space and the universe beyond Earth. I work hard and study hard in school and I especially enjoy Math. This past year I attended the NASA academic program and graduated the program while attending high school. I was nominated to attend Boys State of Virginia by my high school and attended that over the summer of 2023.  I volunteer with my church as well at Grafton Baptist. I want to attend a college where I can achieve my goals and be successful, I want to attend a college that will push me in the classroom and on the baseball field.  I am open to options and want to ultimately find the right college so I can be successful.  I want to be a great role model for my younger siblings, my friends, and make my mom proud of the many years she has invested in me as a single mother.  My mom raised me and I know it would make her just as proud to see me reach my dreams in college, because of my mom I am who I am today.
