Trace Green '24 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was a little kid, I've been determined. Determined to play college baseball, at any level. I have extreme passion for the game and take it very seriously. However, I do understand that at it's core, baseball is truly a "kids game" where you are supposed to have fun. The highs and lows of baseball are what make the game so beautiful. It's been a long journey for me to get to this place, but, whether striking out or striking someone out, whether rolling over or taking a pitcher yard, you are supposed to strive to do better, but still enjoy playing the game! I'm here for the ride and want to play baseball as long as I can. Based on previous coaches remarks, they know I want to play at the next level because they tell me they see my fire and drive to work harder than others. As a team leader, I see myself as a person who speaks more with their actions than their words. I will always step up and do what I'm told at the best of my ability. Also, being part of a program where I feel at home and there is a "family" component is very important. Having chemistry gives me more motivation to do the best I can. Ultimately, I love this game, plain and simple.
