Blake Robinson '24 Recruiting Profile

The most influential people in my life are my family. My parents taught my brother and I to work hard and value relationships. I apply this lesson to every aspect of my life. Through my coursework and sports, I’ve had the opportunity to develop my leadership and communication skills but I’ve also learned to be patient and resilient, especially when things don't go as planned.

I love playing baseball. It is an amazing sport where even a losing team can come back and win the game. I have played baseball since I was 5 years old and played select baseball for the past 9 years. I had the opportunity to compete at Cooperstown, DFW World Series, and a variety of other locations. Although baseball is my primary sport, I also run Cross Country and am the Team Captain for the varsity boys swim team. In addition to my sports interests. I am a Royal Conservatory level 3 certified classical guitarist.

I plan to finish high school in the top 10% academic standing among my graduating class. However, I am not solely focused on my GPA. I am maximizing my opportunity to take AP and college in the classroom courses to assist me in earning my Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry and/or Computer Science.
