My name is Isabella Frair and I am a 5’6'' hardworking backspot and tumbler. I am truly dedicated to cheerleading. Since I was three years old, I took gymnastics weekly until I discovered my love for cheer. I don’t remember what it’s like to not be an athlete or team player. My dedication to cheer is one of my biggest accomplishments. I’ve been on the Varsity cheer team since my freshman year. This is something I’m so proud of, especially because I had even been on both Varsity and JV teams my sophomore year to help out younger cheerleaders. Knowing that I am capable of cheering in college only makes me more passionate and motivated to be a part of this sport. What I can offer to a team is the promise to never give up and always work hard. Even when I’ve been challenged by this sport through an injury or tough practices and competitions, I’ve never thought about quitting. It’s not who I am to let my team down. I think my team agrees because senior year I will be nominated as Senior Captain. It’s a dream of mine to cheer in college. When it comes to choosing which school is the best for me, I’m keeping my options open. But I’ve been mainly interested in Southern schools ( Florida, Tennessee, Texas, North and South Carolina, etc). Even though these are my preferences, I am just excited about the chance to cheer in college and would be thankful to go anywhere that offers a great education and the chance to cheer. As of now, I’d like to major in something within the medical field, however, my major may change over the course of the rest of my high school career. My biggest athletic goal is to play the sport I love at the highest competitive level and make an impact on my team by being an example to them of hard work and motivation. Knowing at the end of the day I tried my hardest at doing something I love is what keeps a smile on my face. I’d be honored to keep cheering for the next 4 years.
