Ava Leger '27 Recruiting Profile

I am a well-rounded athlete who can compete multiple positions as a side base, main base, as well as a flyer and a tumbler. I am a rising junior (Class of 2027) and this will be my 11th year in All Star as well as my 5th year cheering on a High School Varsity cheer team, and my 3rd year cheering on St Anthonys’s Varsity Cheer. I was chosen as a 2024 UCA All American Cheerleader when my team went to UCA camp for the first time last year and I hope to earn this honor again when we return to UCA camp this August. I am known for being coachable, hardworking, motivated, and a consistent athlete. I am a strong leader who brings a positive attitude and lots of energy to the mat. Not only am I dedicated to athletics, I am also dedicated to academics, I am a 2024 and 2025 Scholar Athlete for my high school as well as my travel gym. I have been newly inducted into the National Honor Society after spending 2 years in the National Junior Honor Society. I am involved in many clubs and leadership programs including Friar Faithful which is an Ambassador and Leadership Program at my school which allows me to work with the incoming Freshman and welcome them into our school. While my major is undecided, I am certain that I want to compete as a cheerleader at the collegiate level.
