Personal Statement
Hi Coaches,
My name is Addison Justham. I have been cheering since Middle School, but I've been tumbling for most of my life. I always put 110% of my effort into everything that I do, which is reflected in both my academic and athletic achievements. All of what I have accomplished has come from hard work, and I intend to keep putting all of my effort into my academics and athletics. I have also learned a lot about the value of teamwork through my position as Varsity Cheer Captain. I've seen that every member of a team has value, and it is important to play off their strengths for the betterment of the team. This position has definitely helped me in forming leadership skills and being a team player.
