I have played representative hockey for Hawkes Bay U11, U13, U15 and U18 representative teams. Our U15 team won the national tournament. I also made the Central Districts U18 team which also won the 2018 National tournament. I have received numerous hockey awards, including most promising player for my club team, and player of the tournament for the Hawkes Bay Under 18 team. At school I have been awarded the year 9,10 and 11 sports person of the year and nominated for overall sports person of the year. I have also been awarded the most promising hockey player at my school in 2015, 2016 and 2017. I am fiercely competitive, put the team above everything else, and do all I can to win and be the best I can be. My goals are to make the Central Districts U18 team again this year and then also make the New Zealand U18 team. I am just about to complete my first half marathon and am looking forward to an outstanding year of hockey. My studies are very important to me and i am looking for a education that will be demanding, challenging and rewarding. I am available in fall 2020. My sister is currently on a full athletic scholarship at Washington State University and is on the varsity rowing team. I recently competed at our national tournament and while playing as a defender I ended up being third on the tournament goal scoring list : https://hockeynz.altiusrt.com/competitions/320/statistics
