Hi! My name is Katie Conway and my goal is to play field hockey at a collegiate level. Field hockey has had a large impact on my life and I believe that it has helped shape me as a person. I am able to take coaching very well and I am an incredibly hard worker because of it. I don't give up and that pays off on both the field and the classroom. I first started playing the sport in 3rd grade and I started playing club in 6th grade. All of my hard work payed off when I was chosen for my high school's varsity team as a freshman and later chosen for the 2022 nexus program. I was also voted a junior captain for my 2022 season. I pushed myself, and I was able to handle all honors courses along with AP's, a full time sport, as well as other extracurriculars. I now play at North East Elite and have never loved field hockey more!
