Personal Statement

My name is Coco Curran.  I am a forward in the class of 2024. I've played Ice Hockey and Lacrosse since I was 5, but I didn't find Field Hockey until the 8th grade and instantly I knew I loved it. In my Sophomore season, I was the top scorer on my High school Varsity team team and received an All-Star award from coaches in my Division. I am currently, and have been since freshman year, a starting forward on my High School's varsity team and am now a forward on the East Coast Wizards, U19 team as well. I enjoy spending my time and effort into being the best Field Hockey teammate and student on and off the field. I look forward to my leadership role as High school Varsity captain next fall because we have a great team, coaches, and exciting competition.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
