Although I have played a variety of sports in my life, field hockey has always been my love from the moment I picked up a stick. There is a special uniqueness to it that separates it from all other sports. It has given me so much more then just exercise and life long friendships. It has taught me discipline, commitment, passion, teamwork, leadership skills, how to recover quickly from mistakes, how to set goals and achieve them, how to push myself to be the best I can be, and most of all has shown me how to succeed not only on the field but in life as well. I love field hockey. It has become a part of me. I would love nothing more then to continue playing through my college years and beyond. I hope to be involved with the sport for as long as I possibly can and hope to one day pass along the love of the game to others as my coaches have so generously given to me.

- During the 2018 season so far I participated with my club team in the NIT 16U Qualifiers, 16U NIT's at SpookyNook Sports, 19U NIT Qualifiers, 5v5 Indoors Tournament at UVM, and am scheduled to attend, Hofstra 7v7 Tournament on April 28th, UVM 7v7 on May 5th & 6th, the Open Division of the Top Recruit Spring Fling May 12-14, U16 USA Futures Regionals on May 19th, U16 JPOL at UMASS Lowell June 2nd-3rd, and both the U16 and U19 Wicked Smart League at Albany for various dates in July.

- During 2016 season I played U14 in multiple Indoor tournaments, Junior Premiere Indoor League (JPIL's), USA Futures, National Indoor Tournament (NIT's), and Disney Jr Field Hockey Showcase, U16 at the UMASS tournament and Wicked Smart League, and U19 at National Hockey Festival 2016. (at National Festival I wore Jersey #20 since there was a current U19 player who also wears #10)

- During the 2011 Strong Island Season I participated in multiple U12 Winter Indoor Tournaments as well as the Long Island Field Hockey Association (LIFHA) Fall League. We also played in clinic/tournaments at both Adelphi University and Hofstra University in the fall and a WC Eagle Field Hockey Club outdoor tournament in PA in the spring.
- 2010 Strong Island Field Hockey (U12)
- This was my 1st season with Strong Island Field Hockey. It was the year I was introduced to the sport. During this season I started by doing clinics to learn the sport and understand the game. I continued on to play U12 in the Long Island Field Hockey Association (LIFHA) Fall League where we also played in a clinic/tournament at both Adelphi University and Hofstra University's during the season. I was also introduced to the winter indoor season and participated in my first indoor tournament.

- Over the past 9 years other then playing on various teams with the Strong Island organization I have also attended various training/skills clinics run by Coach Tina Moon (head coach of strong island and former D1 All- American for UCONN), Coach Carissa Eye (coach for strong island and former D1 All American for Sacred Heart), and most recently clinics with Katie Trombetta (current D1 All American at Michigan). I have also trained over the past year on a weekly basis with private one on one sessions with either Coach Moon or Coach Eye.

- During 2017 U16 I played with a cast on my hand at regionals due to a fracture in my hand from being hit with a stick at the Columbia University 19U tournament a few weeks prior. Although I knew the injury would keep me from making the national team, I still wanted to play, hopefully showing my love and dedication to the sport - I have recently been notified that I was moved to the Level 1 training. 2018 U16 Futures Region 4 chosen as an alternate for the 2018 NFC team.

- I train year round for field hockey. During winters while continuing to do one on one training, I play indoor seasons to continue to improve my skills including but not limited to stick handling, speed, passing, and corners.
