Dara Asherman '26 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing field hockey since the age of 7.  I have been on a travel team every season for Mayhem since U10.  I plan to play Field Hockey in College.  I am open to playing at any Division.  I pride myself on my coachability.  I am a leader on and off the field.  I am vocal, positive, encouraging, and energetic.  I earned the Coaches Award for my indoor season this year.  I also have been coaching for the past 2 years.  I coach ages 4-10 years old in camps, clinics and have been an Assistant Coach for the U10 Mayhem team for several seasons.  This experience has made me a well rounded field hockey player and has expanded my knowledge of the game from a different perspective.  I was selected for Nexus Championship in 2022 when I participated in the program.  I not only work hard on the field but I take my academics very seriously as well.  I was selected as a Varsity Captain for the 2023 season as a Sophomore.
