In seventh grade, I began playing goalkeeper for my school field hockey team. Before that, I was involved in small clinics through my school. I fell in love with the game the second I started playing, so much so that I wanted to play more and improve. I started playing for East Coast Field Hockey in eighth grade. My first season, I played on a U16 level team and then my second year I was bumped up and played on a U19 level team. I have continued to succeed and improve in my sport and my love for the sport also continues to grow, as well. I now play for Central Penn Elite. Aside from my athletics, I am also a very successful student. I have a 96% GPA and I work hard so that I can continue to grow as a student. I'm very dependable with my school work and keeping my grades up is something that is very important to me. I also am an honor roll student and I take honors and academic level classes. In college, my goal is to continue to strive academically and as an athlete. Pre-Med or Biology are two of the things I would most like to major in. Also, I have always dreamed of playing field hockey in college and beyond if the opportunity would arise. I will work as hard as possible to make sure I achieve both of these aspirations.
