My name is Casey Kiernan and thank you for taking the time to check out my website. Here you will find out more about myself and the qualities that it take to be good student athlete. I am Senior at Burlingame High School. I am 6’2” and weigh 180 pounds. I have a 4.8 40 yard dash. Throughout my life I have had many accomplishments such as being chosen to be apart of Jerry Brown's honor guard for his inauguration for the governor of California. I have worked hard academically even though I have a learning disability. I received a Rotarian scholarship my 8th grade year that follows me through my high school years. Freshman year my Freshman Football team was undefeated. Sophomore year I was Captain of the soccer team and was awarded student of the month. As a sophomore I got activated to varsity in both football and soccer. This year I was proud to be a part of 11-1 Varsity football team. We were division champions in the P.A.L. Ocean league. I am an active member of the BHS Service Commision which provides leadership and volunteerism at many school and community events. I am loyal, dependable and respectful. I accomplish given tasks on time and give 100%. I am the athlete who in the off season works hard when others are resting. I am the guy that anyone can turn to for help. I have a strong work ethic and will go the extra mile to accomplish my dreams. My first choice for school would be attending somewhere on the west coast because of the strong commitment they seem to have for athletics and so my family and friends could come out and support me at sporting events. I am open to anything that will give the opportunity to participate on a team. I am leaning towards a medium to large campus that offers athletic training or kinesiology. I believe I would qualify for financial aid. My desired major is athletic training or kinesiology. My football goals are to be a starter on the varsity squad as a kicker, punter and outside linebacker and be a team leader weather I am on or off the field and in the class room.
