Tommy Logan '22 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6 foot Senior  Quarterback at Valhalla High School in El Cajon, California .  I have had a wonderful experience playing football over the years. My goal has always been to play at the collegiate level.   

If you watch my videos, you will see that I excel at all aspects of The QB position.

1. Arm talent. I can make any throw with precision and accuracy. 

2. Footwork. I always get into the proper throwing position. I am also fundamentally solid when it comes to footwork when running the ball. 

3. Reading defenses. Playing consistently since age 8 in tackle and 7-7 there are no defenses I cannot read and pick apart.

4. Pocket presence.     I am very comfortable stepping up, scrambling, throwing on the run left or right.

5. The ability to feel confident running any offense. I can run spread in shotgun, power run under center, read option just to name a few. Over the past 4 years, I have had to learn no less than 5 different offensive schemes. 

My last 40 time was 4.8 and I can throw a football over 60 yards. I have been playing quarterback in organized tackle football since the age of 8. My father played QB in high school and at the collegiate level and he has been working with me since a very young age.  He is my role model and has instilled in me the passion and love for football and the QB position. 

Academically, I am carrying a 3.8 GPA. I am expecting that not to change at the end of my HS career.  My grades are very important to me.

I am looking for an institution where I can receive a great education, continue to excel athletically, and have a well-rounded college experience.
