Timothy Blake '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Tim Blake (Jr.).  I am 17 years old,  6'1", and weigh 215pounds.  I am currently playing football for Heritage Christian High School (formerly known as Los Angeles Baptist High School) and will graduate with the Class of 2013.  I am team captain for HCS as  Varisty MLB.  This past year I led the entire football program in tackles with 114 total, majority being solo, many for loss or fumble.  I was honored to earn Defense Player of the Year Award.  I started my high school football experience at Valenica High School in Valencia, California where I started on Special Teams.  I transferred to Los Angeles Baptist because many of my family members graduated from there and I felt a connection to the school.  Some unique things about me are that I have an incredible reach (77" arm span) , an eye for the ball, better than average verticle leap (30")  with no hesitation to hit.  I am a hard worker and dedicated to working both on and off season to improve my abilities.  I have a deep desire to play football at the college level and look forward to the opportunity.
