In order to be the best lineman in the room I need to work just as hard as he does, AND THEN SOME!! I’ve been preparing for the college grind since I started high school.
Off season weekday Spring schedule:
0510 wake up and get ready
0555-0655 Morning workout
0655-0745 get ready for school and breakfast
0745-1430 classes and lunch
1430-1500 snack get ready for track & field
1500-1630 Afternoon workout for track & field and throwing shot
1630-1800 shower, snack, prepare for evening workout
1800-1900 Evening workout
1900-2200 dinner and study time
2200 lights out
On the weekend I study for SAT/ACT with a tutor. I get one on one technique work for OL and shot. And I attend various Spring combines and showcases. Nothing prepares you better than competition.
I‘m going to put in as much work as I can into being a college football player and I’ll let GOD take it from there.
