Kyle Fleming '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kyle Fleming and I am currently a 3.822 G.P.A. Senior at Waimea High School on the island of Kauai. I am a versatile tri-sport athlete whose passion is football. I have been playing football continuously since the fourth grade when I started with Pop Warner. During my freshman and sophomore years I played JV (to help my teammates as well as ensure playing time for myself) even though I was asked to move up to varsity. I am currently 6' 1.5", 220 pounds and growing. I start at middle linebacker and tight end.  I offer experienced leadership, maturity, strong work ethic and a positive role model. I am an extremely hard worker; and won't stop to attain what I set my mind to. I would prefer to go to school somewhere that has different weather than Hawaii. I want to experience a different climate and type of area. As long as the school is not too expensive and offers a quality education in the major of my choice, I would gladly consider it. I am open even though education is still my top priority. I am not 100% set on my major yet, but would like to study in some kind of engineering field. My athletic goals are to play football, it does not matter at which level I play. I know that between my academics, my extra curricular social accomplishments and of course my athletic skills and ability that I will be a great asset to the team and school that recruits me.
