Randy Young '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello, college coaches my name is Randy Young and I'm a sophomore at Chicago Hope Academy. I wanted to tell you why I would be a good player for your team.  At a very young age, my parents separated so I didn't have any father figure and my mom was a drug addict I had to learn everything on my own. I was never the smartest or fastest but what I did have that a lot of people didn't have was effort. I came from a bad neighborhood, drug dealers on every block it wasn't a bright path for me when I see my mom hurting because she cant pay for her drug habit and her laying on the floor with all that pain in her body made me think if I don't try to be the best my mom will suffer and I use that as a driving force every single day to push me past my limit.
