All-Area Honorable Mention
My name is Ryan Gaul and I am a 6' 2" 275 lb offensive lineman. I attend Oswego East High School in Oswego, IL. I always strive to be the best and lead the pack. I can play any position on the offensive line. I would like to pursue a career in computer hardware engineering or computer information sciences and perhaps design the next best computer processing unit for the consumer. I love football and have played it since I was in fourth grade. I learn something new from each practice or game I play just allowing me to get better and stronger. I am excited to continue learning and growing, both as an athlete and in life, as I approach my college years and beyond. My goal is to play football at the collegiate level and welcome that opportunity with any Division I – Division III level schools.

I have finished my high school senior season and hope to impress colleges with my athletic and leadership abilities I displayed this season on and off the field.
**Our team at Oswego East HS qualified for the first round AND second round of IHSA playoffs this year. FIRST TIME in our school's history.**

- FIRST TIME in our school's history, our team qualified for IHSA State Playoffs. We won in the first round against Belleville but unfortunately lost in the second round to Lincoln Way East. Our team this year has gone the farthest ever in the school's history, hosted a playoff game (never been done there before) & set many season records and firsts. VERY proud of our senior class of 2014 of all we accomplished at Oswego East in the four years we all played football there. We hope we set the bar high and lead the way for future football players at the school...we made history and it will forever be symbolized and honored at Oswego East High School.
