Junior Year Personal Statement
My future goals are to attend college to enter the Athletic Training/Physical Therapy and possibly Chiropractic field, all while playing collegiate football. I have had a love for all things sport-related as long as I can remember, and I enjoy helping people. This field would be a good way to combine both.
I believe I would make an excellent candidate for a coach/team with the fact that I have an outstanding work ethic. I will work harder than anyone else. I will do what is asked of me by my coaching staff with no complaints. Our high school football team motto has been "WE > ME". I believe this whole-heartedly. When everyone works for the good of the team that is when success happens.
Players are made in the offseason. I strength/agility train year-round, as the off-season is when improvements and gains for the next season are made. When I set a goal, I am fully aware of what it takes, and the steps I need to take to meet those goals.
I have maintained a 3.25 GPA and up throughout school. I was raised that grades and school work come first and have always held myself to those standards that my parents set for me. There have been classes that did not come easy for me, but with extra effort in those classes, I have been able to keep my GPA up, earning post-season Academic All-Conference honors.
