I have been playing football since I was in the 4th grade and winning the 6th grade championship game in Hays Kansas. Since Middle School, my goal has been to play quarterback at a very high level. I am constantly trying to improve my game, whether its early morning workouts or going over film. I feel I am a very good leader and a very coachable kid that is willing to do whatever it takes to win.
I am 6'4", 195. as a junior, and have a strong, accurate arm and feel I am very quick for my size. I was 2nd in the State of Kansas for passing yards for all Sophomores. I was 7th in passing yards all classes/divisions with 2,150, and 16 passing TD's, along with 5 rushing TD's in 9 games. I feel that I would be an athletic quarterback because I am a multi-sport athlete, and have also started varsity baseball and basketball my freshman and sophomore and junior years as well as started varsity football all 3 years.
I am dedicated in the weight room by going in every morning at 6:00 a.m. before school starts and attend weights during the Summer months Monday through Thursday at 6:00 a.m., as well as Summer team workouts. I am striving to be a good leader on my teams, and I have a 3.5 gpa in the classroom. I take my work in the classroom just as serious as my work on the field. I am always looking to be better and attain a 4.0.
