Taylor Reaume '15 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm Taylor Reaume & I am a Mike Linebacker at Swan Valley High School. I have played linebacker for only three years now; playing only one game at it on freshman where i was then moved up to JV for the next game. I believe I would make a good fit for your team because I am never content with who I am or my athletic ability. I am always looking to improve on and off the field. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and plan on maintaining it, even with college courses next year, until graduation where i plan to be Validvictorian. There is alot of naturally gifted athletes out there who are blessed with size and their athletic ability and thats's why i believe im different from the rest. I went into highschool at 145 lbs playing defensive end. Our running back was moved up & they needed someone to fill his spot on defense so my coach told me i would be playing defensive end, only a little bit more in the middle of the field. The first game i played at LB, i went from getting the usual 3 or 4 tackles to 16 tackles. The next game i was on JV. Our varsity coach told me that if i wanted to play Varsity, i needed to get bigger. I played sophmore year on varsity at 190 lbs. Since then i put on another 35 lbs and quickened my 40 yard dash by four tenths of a second. You see, i don't think you should pick me on my playing ability now but on what it can & will become because i only plan on improving; To get bigger, faster, stronger and more explosive each day.
