Like others, I have overcome many obstacles in my life. Throughout the process of getting knocked down, I have learned to get back up and to persevere; to never give up no matter what the circumstances. Additionally, I have learned that being a part of a community is much like being on a team; so giving back is something I value. I love to help others. Part of growing is learning and I enjoy learning, whether it's sports or school. The competitiveness in football brings out the best in me and when I'm playing, there is no other better feeling. I think I am natural leader on and off the field and hold myself and my teammates to a high standard. I love when my teammates succeed. Never give up!!
