As a Football player and Power lifting athlete, I have learned a lot about myself through both sports. Both sports has taught me valuable lessons on and off the field and in and out of the powerlifting meetings. I've learned unity and a sense of brotherhood. I've learned that there is strength in unity. We can accomplish bigger and on a greater level when team players are on one accord. We need each other. I've learned perseverance and to never give up in despite of what things may seem like by Being involved in these sports since I started High school to pursue my goals and defy the odds respectfully. My grades are important to me also. I've learned how to balance my academics with being a good sportsman. In college I want to study music. In high school I have participated in musical activities and assisted my school's choir with performances by playing my guitar .I believe that my high school courses has prepared me for success and discipline to be the very best athlete on the collegiate level .
