- I attended this gym about 3-4 times a week and was personally trained by Zach Even-Esh. These were intense cross-fit designed workouts that would involve rope climbing, tire flips, kettle bells, and then the traditional Olympic style lifts. (bench, deadlift, power cleans, etc…) I started training her in the 7th grade and left in 11th to attend another gym that was primarily related to football.

- I started at this gym this past March where I have two coaches. Tony Racioppi is my private quarterback coach who I see about 2 times a week. James Pratt personally strength trains me and I see him 1 time a week.
