Ricardo Lagares Jr. '24 Recruiting Profile

Being selected as MVP in my freshman year was one of the best highlights of my high school career so far. However, I feel I grew the most as a student-athlete in my sophomore year when I was chosen as a Captain for our team. That experience helped me grow as a person and lead me to re-focus my own efforts on becoming a solid football player playing multiple positions from Running Back to Linebacker to Safety. 

I learned the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership the year without a trophy. I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. As a four-sport athlete, I know that I have what it takes to be a leader on your team!
