Jace Hightower '20 Recruiting Profile

My aspiration is to attend a college where I can play football, as well as receive a high quality education. I currently play running back and outside linebacker, playing both sides of the ball, all game, every game. I have been gifted by God both athletically and academically. I earned a 27 on my first ACT, this being the first time to take a test of this length and format. I plan to take the ACT again in April. I currently hold a 4.28 GPA and have never had a letter grade below an "A" in the entirety of my academic career. This is due to my high work ethic, determination, and consistency. These attributes carry over to my football career. I work until I am the best. I am quick, strong, fast, aggressive, and tough. I break tackles, am near impossible to tackle in open space, and have a truly gifted ball carrying vision. At 5'9 170 I bench press 285 pounds, squat 425 pounds, and power clean 255 pounds. This is due to my work ethic, determination, and consistency. Last year, my junior season, I got 1,138 yards with 94.83 yards a game, 10 touchdowns, and 0 fumbles; while splitting time with a senior running back, as well as playing outside linebacker. My senior year I am going to come back bigger, stronger, faster, with a motivation to be the best and to try to continue my football career into the college level.
