Rafael Calderon '26 Recruiting Profile

I want to make my whole family proud so they can say that one of their members had a career in a sport. My dad is one of my biggest motivations because I know he loves the sport and I want to make him proud, as well as my mom; she is the reason why I work hard on everything I do. I think that I am a good candidate because I will get along with every one of my teammates and help them with things that might make them feel bad and make them feel more comfortable. I know how to manage my time between athletics and academics, I have worked hard for both of them, which has helped me have better grades and start positions in football and wrestling and also I would like to make an impact on the team, in and out of the field.
