- Football has been and always will be a big portion of my life which is why I would like to continue my career at the next level. This sport has taught me many life lessons and has shown light to a side of me that has a much better drive and work ethic. It has been an outlet for me to put everything aside that is going on in my life and to allow me to channel my energy into less stressful activities. I have started this journey as of eight years old and don't plan on stopping at the end of high school. Being that there's only one main source of income for my family, I have always wanted to get a scholarship for college as young as I can remember. This drove me to put hundreds and thousands of hours into this game of football, which carried over to lifting programs and agility training. I have been through many struggles and obstacles in life and the only one consistent thing that has ever had my back was football. So I feel inclined to do the same for the sport and to continue my legacy and career beyond Eastern York High School. Knowing how important the actually physical side of football would be for me to gain a scholarship, I have also been aware of the academic presence along with the physicality. I have maintained superior honor roll my whole high school career and have a cumulative GPA of 3.905. I have pushed myself just as hard academically to guarantee a good education to go along with my football career. Before a season starts I make sure that I know all the coverages for defense and plays on offense because I have started on all sides of the ball since middle school. I have been starting safety, wide receiver, and the punt and kick returner for Eastern York's varsity football team since my sophomore year. I was also the class president of the class of 2022 at Eastern York my sophomore year, which also shows some of my attributes as a leader.
