Hi, my name is Kaden Kurtz from Groton high school in Groton, SD. I’ve been playing football ever since the 1st grade and it has been a sport that I’ve grown to love throughout my life. I played running back all the way through middle school but transitioned to quarterback when I got to high school. On defense, I’ve played linebacker since I was a little kid. I love both sides of the ball but playing quarterback is my favorite. I love being in control and having the game in my hands. The reason why I’m different than a lot of other guys is my resiliency. I tore my ACL, MCL, and Meniscus during the second game of my Junior season. To be able to come back and have a very successful Senior season is one of my greatest achievements and something that I am very proud of myself for. I love the game and everything it embodies and I would love to play at the next level.
