Dennis Anderson '26 Recruiting Profile

Football is a huge aspect of my life! I love the game! I love being part of a team and working towards a common goal together to win. I love the physicality of football! I love the work that it takes to become great. When you meet me you won't meet another high school football player that is willing to put in more work to get better than I am. I am a coaches dream and I am willing to go the extra mile to improve in every aspect of my football abilities. I have started every year I've played football!  Over my first 2 years.of high school football I have started and played very successfully 3 different positions across the offensive line (LG, RT, and LT) for my schools in Tyler, Texas and Chandler, AZ. When I moved with my family to Chandler AZ and transferred to Basha High School in August 2023, in one week of arriving there I made the transition from right tackle where I was playing for Tyler HS to left tackle. I started every game for Basha HS JV team from then on, and we went undefeated 8-0 for the season. I know I can play anywhere on the offensive line and I feel I have proven that with my play (go watch my film).  I know I can help any team win that is willing to take a chance on me.

Along with football in Texas last year, I also compete on the Powerlifting team working on building my strength, power, and explosion, and I also threw discus and shot put on the track and field team. 

I want to go to college, so that I can get an education, so I can improve my chances of success in the future. I would like to get my PharmD degree and become a Doctor of Pharmacy. 

 I am an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I plan on serving a two-year mission after graduating high school and before I begin my college career. Church is an important aspect of my life, and I put God and family first!
