Hello how are you, my name is Carter and I have come to learn who I am through sports from my mom, my mom and I have always had a good connection. She has taught me many things about sports and just life in general. I was first introduced to the game of football whenever I was about four years of age, at the time I hadn’t really heard about the great game of football but one afternoon I walked out of my room and my mom was watching a football game and I immediately fell in love. Seventh grade came and I was so anxious to get onto the field and play. Through the last years of playing I found a different side of me that I didn't know existed, I developed into a leader and a fighter that never gives up no matter what.
Academically I have many goals. In highschool I will strive to keep my GPA at or above a 4.0 at all times. I would like to be in as many extra curricular activities and well rounded as I can. In college I want to meet new interesting people and build a new family with my fellow teammates, get my bachelors degree in sports medicine, play football, work hard and have fun!
I have encountered challenges and I have worked to get through them. One of them Is that I was not always the biggest kid on my team, so I was doubted by some that thought I couldn't do something simply because I wasn't as big as the guy next to me. I have overcome this with my work ethic that is never ceasing. No matter where I am at, on the field or in the classroom, I try to the best of my ability every play or assignment and I do not quit until I have mastered whatever it is that was put in front of me.
